On May 14, 10 composer-performer teams will compete in a live competition hosted by Fourth Coast Ensemble and emceed by composer Stacy Garrop. Live audience voting will determine the winners, and after the event, virtual voting will determine the winner of a commission from Fourth Coast Ensemble. The event takes place at The Promontory in Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood.
